15 YEAR WARRANTY
I have 2 of these rods each paired with Shimano Twin Power SW5000XG's. When hooked up and under good amount of pressure the reel wiggles side to side so bad that your reflexes make u want to stop reeling and grab reel for fear of it coming off the rod. I have used their contact link 3 times with no replies and yes I checked junk mail as well. So their customer service is as good as the rods!
Solid rod
I bought the 7 ft Medium rod to throw paddle tails, but it's been sensitive enough to use with light Ned rigs, and has handled swim baits at the top (and slightly above) it's weight rating with no problems. I expect it to be a go to rod for me in both fresh and salt water.
The rod is beautifully made and will be a joy to fish for tarpon and snook. Though I haven't actually fished it yet, I'm looking forward to hooking and fighting a good sized tarpon as soon as I have the opportunity. Thanks for the great service, and for what St Croix offers veterans.
I’m slammin the fish with this thing. Well built and easy to handle! Great rod !!
