With this option you can print a shipping label to send your rod to us. Once you have completed your transaction you will be directed to a form to verify your information, click submit, print your shipping label and write down your tracking number. Take your package and label to the nearest UPS shipping point, it's that simple. You must return the entire rod, including broken parts. Include a note with your name, address, and telephone number. Include the appropriate payment for the service plan selected. (Refer to Silver Star, Gold Star, and Gold Star+Upgrade Plans on the Service Warranty page.) You must provide your own shipping container. Please return your damaged rod in a disposable shipping container. We cannot guarantee that we will return your rod in the container that you used. THIS SHIPPING LABEL IS STRICTLY TO RETURN YOUR BROKEN ST. CROIX ROD TO THE FACTORY. IT DOES NOT COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE TO GET YOUR ROD BACK TO YOU FROM ST. CROIX.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I love St. Croix customer service but this shipping label ordeal is nearly impossible to complete. I bought this shipping label but have no way to access it. I have tried to login but this does nothing but tells me I bought a shipping label. Absolutely worthless system.
Why did I not receive an Email with a PDF file? How am I supposed to print a label if I don't even have access to it? Worst $25 spent.

I purchase the wrong item. Ask for à replacement and they never returned to me
bought a rod from Bass Pro. The top eyehole was grinding and shredding my line. Took it back and got a new one off the rack free of charge. snapped that rod 6 months later (Totally my fault) Put a warranty order in on June 22. Didn't hear back from their team so I gave them a call on July 12th. I had them call me back since their lines were busy. 5 hours later I get a call back. The guy said "it's on someones desktop right now getting worked through but i'll steal it from them." ( probably total malarkey) Ended up paying $60 for shipping instead of the $25 listed on their website. Its July 27 and it just shipped. should be getting it within the next 2 days I hope. The website also says it takes up to 12 days to hear back about shipping. Took longer of course and would have been longer if I hadn't called. The brand doesn't care about its customers or their brand status anymore. False information on their website and product manufacturing issues. If I ordered a new one and paid full price I'd get it shipped in 2 days. It really shouldn't be this difficult. will be buying my next rods from anywhere but this company since they didn't make this situation right.
