I have two of these rods 7' L and 7'3" ML and absolutely love them. My go to for bluegill and crappie. Thanks St Croix

Great rod, been a game changer!

Got the 6'9 UL and it's been a game changer since I like to eat what I catch. I normally just use cheaper combos, but this was worth it.

Super light and sensitive. I'm able to catch bigger panfish on it since I can cast light jigs further to better spots. First day I used it on the kayak I had one of those days where I had to release fish because the cooler was full. I've caught Catfish on it up to 5lbs and still going strong, just try be careful with it and it should be fine.

Panfish 8' two piece Crappie detector

I own 3 of the Panfish 8' spinning rods. I use them to crappie fish with jigs. I am generally bottom bumping a rock bank with a 1/8 jig with rubber tail. As soon as a crappie investigates the bait, I can feel him on the first peck. He might steal my crappie nibble, but I know he did it. I own 10 - 12 St. Croix Rods, most in the Triumph Series. I have never had a St. Croix rod break. You will be happy you purchased these rods.

Panfish series

I previously owned the 6’9” ultralight for about 6 years before the tip broke on a stupid drum. Replacing it w the 7’ light action to help handle these bigger fish now w ffs. These rods are very sensitive and strong. Handled many by catches before breaking. Will be buyin one for my son for his first rod on his second bday soon. Well worth the money. The type of rod you get attached to
