So I was out fishing and I was casting my mojo bass trigon, and the butt had just broke while my hand was holding there?? Oh I also forgot to say that i had just bought this rod July 5th 2024. It is currently July 26 2024. I took the rod out for maybe 10 times this month and its already broken. Nice way to spend $180

Will not buy another simple because i’ve bought 2 different frog rods and have had a problem with the tip top messing up/breaking on both rods.

Rod blew me away with its performance and comfort in my hand. I've always used the upper level St. Croix rods, but will definitely be adding more of this series.

I been hesitant about this rod. I seen a few reviews and did my homework. Coming from the cutlery world I had seen this design before in some knife grips I own. Do not be afraid! These ergonomic grips are great if your a old timer like me with arthritis. This new grip Design allows more purchase on my grip. This rod m.i.m is on par with the u.s.a St. Croix rods I own. I am glad to have this very fine rod. Well done St.Croix...

Rod has a good weight and looks very good but with only fishing with it maybe 4 times on the butt end of the rod it broke off and I’m not sure how and is now sharp and looks horrible. Wouldn’t think this would happen after spending 230$
