"Have the Legend Tournaments in Bass, and Walleye, several Victory rods, and now the Physyx in a 7 10". The sensitivity and well-balanced feel are nothing less than spectacular. Fished Northerns in MN this past month, as well as Smallies, and Largemouth. It worked great on everything. 28" and larger Northerns it handled with a breeze. I also really like my LT series. They are just as nice and the feel is perfect. Can't go wrong on really any rod from St. Croix IMO. We use both bait casters and spinning rods. Topped my Physyx with a Shimano Sustain C3000HG, makes for a great combo."
"Really nice rod. Sensitive, long cast but just a little on the heavy side."
"Great rods. Light, great sensitivity and lots of power"
"The Physyx is a light rod with extra sensitivity. Easy to use the entire day"
"Unbelievably nice rod totally satisfied"
"To spend that kind of money on a rod for it to break while setting the hook on a small bass, I am utterly disgusted."
"Best rod i ever had in my hands"
"I’ve 2 of these and they’re fantastic rods. super sensitive and very lightweight. but the rod seat won’t tighten on shimano metanium, aldebaran and antares. they work fine with and curado but they are much heavier which makes the rod bulky."
"Love the handle and feel of this rod. Performance is great, one of my facvorites."
