Wow. . . huge fan of the
"Wow. . . huge fan of the Eyecon. We purchased on our way to the Northwoods at Bass Pro with a Pflueger spinning reel and it really is my go to combo for most applications. We like 2 piece rods as we live in Downtown Chicago and garage space is at a premium. We bought a travel rod case that also accommodates the reel so it is protected and comes with me anywhere. . . on a bike . . . . for the weekend. . . . etc. I have a large inventory of St Croix rods and the EyeCon is a fantastic new addition. On the Chicago river you can catch anything from a 5 lb Smally to a 25 lb Lake Trout and anything in-between. St Croix has you covered. . ."
