"Performed as expected! No complaints other than use better and more packing material. Ups broke the hard tube in half, thank God, no damage was done to the rod, but it could've been worse. Better packing for a safer transit, especially knowing how careless UPS handlers are."

Love Rift rods!

"Received my new set of rods last week and was able to put them to work yesterday for the first time. Great balance of power and sensitivity. Love the long handle/grip for fighting big fish straight up and down."

Rogers of great quality

"Rogers of great quality thank you"

Excellent rod, though power labeling is a bit different

"Great rod. Only complaint is power labeling seems to be a bit different than other brands, with the medium size being much more comparable to a MH or H in other brands. Not an issue with the rods themselves just a heavier piece of kit than expected. Paired 7 ft M with a shimano baitrunner 8k. Fantastic chunking rod and heavy plug for big striper. Been flawless for over a year, landed fish up to 50 lbs with no trouble."

great for seals

"seals are a really big problem where I live. if you fish here your 100% going to get your fish taken by a seal at least once. this rod gives me the capability to really just rip the fish out of the water as fast as I can. the rod is nice and stiff which cuts back on casting distance a little but all in all this is one of my favorite rods and hope to catch some PBs with it!"

Only brand of rod I will ever buy

"Rods are lightweight, strong and reliable."

Awesome rod to pair with a liveliner 8000

"Use this as my primary rod for big rays (100+ lbs ) and guitar fish, zero struggle to be throwing an 8 oz weight with 2 ft long steel meter and half a mackerel. Light but strong. Only complaint would be the two guides closest to the reel are too small to allow full distance casting, changing those to accommodate shore-based fishermen would be a godsend."
