I live in northern Wisconsin and most of my ice fishing is perch, crappies, bluegills... ect. When I have to downsize my tungsten jigs, this is the best rod that I've ever used. After the first month or so our lake is pretty filled with shacks. Finesse is the name of the game. This rod is so sensitive with a perfect backbone, as it should for the price. I have my Perch Seeker and Pan Finesse as the ultimate 1-2 punch. If you have ever fished a legend elite, it has that kind of control. DO NOT let the small package fool you, these are worth every single penny.
