Shipping Protection lacking. . . . . Damaged Rod
"St. Croix has some room for improvement in their shipping practices. I just received my new GXR only to find the tip broken/bent because it was not protected inside of a flimsy cardboard box during shipment. Needless to say, the rod is unusable and has to be shipped back to St. Croix which leaves me in a bind as I planned on having this rod on an upcoming trip. I have asked for a refund instead of a new rod being shipped back out in the same fashion and possibly sufferring the same issued."
