WARRANTY OVERVIEW
Our number one goal is to give anglers the upper hand, including when service is needed. Broken St. Croix rods can be covered under any St. Croix Warranty policy. Regardless of the type of damage, all rods will be replaced under the Warranty. Anglers submitting a Warranty Claim may specify a different model within the same rod series. Unresolved claims are deleted after 90 days. Limit of one (1) rod per Warranty Claim, additional rods require a new Warranty Claim.

Since 2001, every St. Croix rod has a unique serial number located on the rod blank just above the handle.
The date contained in the serial number determines the beginning of the warranty period, unless the warranty registration information was submitted within 30 days of purchase.
The model number can be located in a few different places.
If your model number is not located below the rod series logo,
the model number can also be located adjacent to the rods model logo
