For rods within their original warranty periods.
Provide a picture that displays the rod model, the serial number, and the actual break.
If you broke the tip of a multi-piece rod, please see our instructions below.
$60 Warranty Processing Fee Applies.
(Fee covers shipping, handling, materials and overhead)
A great opportunity to move into a higher-level St. Croix Rod model at a reduced rate.
For rods within their warranty period, a credit based on your warrantied rod is issued.
You pay the difference between the credited amount and the desired upgrade model.
Anglers interested in upgrading should check the box on the warranty webform.
We will contact you about your upgrade.
An additional $30 upgrade fee applies.

A: Rod model numbers are found on the butt section of your rod.

A: You may discard of your broken rod. Please do not ship it to St. Croix Rod.
