Regional Account Manager NY, NJ, OH, & PA

A St. Croix Regional Account Manager (RAM) promotes and sells St. Croix Rod products to targeted angling retailers within their assigned area. The RAM manages their territory in order to maintain existing retailer relationships and develop, where appropriate, new retailer relationships in order to achieve company and individual sales objectives. The RAM provides quality consultative services and utilizes available resources in order to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations.


Factory Store Manager

The St. Croix Factory Store Manager is the leader of the Factory Store team and is responsible for achieving a superior customer experience, profitability, and sales goals, as well as understanding, practicing, and being a champion for the St. Croix brand and company culture. The Factory Store Manager is a role model, skilled in the art of communication and customer service, who leads by example and instills these skills and abilities within the Factory Store team.
