Customer Guide - Customer Center

St. Croix is seeking candidates for the position of Customer Guide in our Customer Center. Under the direction of the Customer Operations Manager, this individual will fulfill the complete extent of sales, service and technical needs; providing world class, industry leading assistance and becoming the go-to fishing rod resource for its consumers, retailers and industry professionals. This assistance includes telephone and e-mail interaction, order placement, service and warranty assistance and shipment tracking. A Customer Guide must take the initiative in identify-ing customer needs and provide top-notch advice in both product selection and service that results in an exemplary start-to-finish customer experience.


Customer Guide – Factory Store

St. Croix Rod is searching for a team member with exceptional communication skills for our Factory Store. A Customer Guide in our Factory Store is responsible for delivering high quality, friendly customer service through asking questions, active listening, recommending products and completing sales transactions. Previous retail and computer experience is recommended. Knowledge of fishing tackle and techniques would be preferred.
